Join Us for the 10th Annual 5K Turkey Trot & Gobble Gallop

on Thanksgiving morning - Thursday, November 27th, 2014

The Junior Woman's Club of Mequon-Thiensville "Turkey Trot & Gobble Gallop" is our one big fundraiser of the year. This fundraiser, held on Thanksgiving Day morning, has over 1,000 participants. The morning's events include a 5K Run/Walk through the scenic Village of Thiensville, as well as a 50 meter dash for children ten and younger at the Thiensville Village Park.

Register for the event through Active.com.

Download a registration form. View the race course.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary our theme is 10-in-10. That is, proceeds from this year's event will go to 10 previous Turkey Trot recipients. Some of the organizations are well known, while others are lesser known organizations. Whether big or small, we are passionate about the profound impact each have on our local community. This year's recipients will be:

COPE Services, Interfaith Caregivers, Portal, Inc., Village of Thiensville, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Ozaukee County, Advocates, Balance, Inc., Mequon Nature Preserve, Mequon K-9 Unit and the Treasures of Oz.
